Maple Seed Brittle

1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
3/4 cup pumpkins seeds
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoons cumin seed
2 teaspoons fennel seed
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup maple syrup

Seed brittle is easy to prepare and makes a healthy, delicious snack.

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir ingredients together in a bowl until combined and spread evenly over the parchment paper.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes until golden. Let cool completely and break into pieces.
