We will pull these products from our shelves immediately and will post the full information here so that you can dispose of any products that you have already purchased, if you need to. Stacy’s Simply Naked Pita Chips  recalled a very small number of 7 1/3-oz bags of Stacy’s Simply Naked Pita Chips because they may contain undeclared milk ingredients. The recalled bags are marked with a “Use By” date of 23 APR 2019 with a manufacturing code of “65M127902” listed below the date and a UPC code of “028400564632” listed on the bottom right side on the back of the bag. You may receive a full refund of this product at Oryana.

RXBAR is voluntarily expanding the scope of a recently issued RXBAR recall due to the potential for the presence of undeclared peanut. In the event you have any of the following products and have a peanut allergy, or could be providing them to an individual with a peanut allergy, please discard the product. Oryana carries the following flavors of RXBAR: Blueberry, chocolate sea salt, coconut chocolate, and maple sea salt. Oryana will provide a full refund for these bars.

Planetary Herbals Mullein Lung Complex – This product is being voluntarily recalled due to a labeling error which indicated the incorrect exipient profile (inactive ingredients.) There have been no reported adverse events, and there not any expected health risks. You may return this product to Oryana for a full refund.

Lotus Foods, Inc. Recalls Product Due to Possible Microwave Fire Hazard – Lotus Foods Rice Ramen Noodle Soup in three flavors: Tom Yum, Masala Curry, and Red Miso. Hazard: A method for preparation includes microwave; however, the packaging is not microwave-safe.  There is no hazard with respect to the noodles or soup packet in the noodle cup. Consumers should not microwave the noodle cups. You may return this product to Oryana for a full refund.

Peaceful Mountain Nasal Rescue nasal spray & Stomach Rescue products – This recall is being carried out at the distributor / retail levels and has been initiated because the product, Nasal Rescue, intended for nasal use, is incorrectly labeled as a Dietary Supplement. By law, products intended for nasal administration cannot be labeled as Dietary Supplements.

There should be no adverse health effects when used by consumers as directed on the label. There have been no adverse events reported to Peaceful Mountain related to use of this product.

Stomach Rescue – This recall is being carried out at the distributor / retail levels and has been initiated because the product, Stomach Rescue, a dietary supplement intended to provide natural stomach support, includes the term food poisoning in Label Directions. This may unintentionally cause a consumer to delay seeking medical attention for a food poisoning incident. If you suspect you may have food poisoning, you should consult a physician.

There should be no adverse health effects when used by consumers as directed on the label. There have been no adverse events reported to Peaceful Mountain related to use of this product.

Traditional Medicinals Recalls Herbal Tea Products – “An ingredient within this product has tested positive for Salmonella in the retained samples at the supplier. Salmonella was not detected in our own testing of this lot or in this product. However, out of an abundance of caution, Traditional Medicinals is recalling this product. No illnesses have been reported to date.” Affected products include EveryDay Detox Lemon UPC: 3291700197 and Throat Coat Lemon Echinacea UPC: 3291700159. You may return these products to Oryana for a full refund.
