Two Ingredient Chocolate Pudding

1 5.46 oz can coconut milk
1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
Optional: pinch sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Place coconut milk and chocolate chips in a small, heavy-bottomed sauce pan over medium-low heat. As it heats, stir until the chocolate chips are completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
  2. Pour into 2 serving bowls and let cool completely. Serves 2.
