1 pound sugar-snap peas
Toasted sesame oil
Black sesame seeds
Splash of tamari or coconut aminos
Remove and discard stem end and string from each pea pod. In a large bowl, toss snap peas with enough sesame oil to lightly coat. Add a splash of tamari or coconut aminos and toss again. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to garnish, and serve at room temperature.
