Homemade Hemp Milk

1 cup shelled hemp seeds
3 cups filtered water
Pinch sea salt

  1. Add the hemp seeds, water, and salt into a blender and blend on high speed until the seeds are completely pulverized and milk is smooth. Drink it whole or strain it.
  2. To strain, place a nut milk bag or large piece of cheesecloth in a sieve over a bowl. Pour in the milk and squeeze it to get all the milk out.
  3. You can sweeten as desired with maple syrup or honey or add a little vanilla for flavor. Will keep for a couple days in the fridge.
