2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen, thawed
1 1/2 cups coconut or other vegan milk
1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked for 1 hour, drained
3 pitted dates, coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
pinch sea salt
- Place coconut water, cashews and dates in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the vanilla, salt and strawberries. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
