4 handfuls baby lettuce mix
2 cups quartered strawberries (about 1 pint)
8 oz small fresh mozzarella balls
handful chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Place lettuce on 4 plates. Arrange strawberries and mozzarella balls atop lettuce. Sprinkle with chopped basil and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
