Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

1 large head cauliflower, stems removed, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper and sea salt to taste
1 teaspoon sea salt

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil,  chipotle pepper, black pepper, and sea salt. Spread the cauliflower out onto a baking sheet and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until cauliflower is browned and tender.
