Slow Cooker Dulce de Leche

2 14-oz cans organic sweetened condensed milk

Divide the condensed milk among 6 4-oz canning jars. Secure lids. Place in a slow cooker and add enough hot water to cover by 1 inch. Cook on low for 12 hours, or until thick and richly colored. Remove jars with tongs and cool to room temperature; refrigerate up to 3 weeks.
