Red, White and Blue Salad

1 pint blueberries
1 pint strawberries, washed, hulled, cut in halves or quarters
1 5 oz. package baby greens
1/2 lb fresh mozzarella balls or feta cheese chunks
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sliced red onion
Dressing:
Balsamic vinegar, good quality such as Fustini’s 18 Year Traditional
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Toss everything except the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle with vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss again. Or arrange salad components on 4 plates and drizzle with oil and vinegar followed by a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
