1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup tamari or coconut aminos
2 tablespoons honey
1 – 2 tablespoons hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
4 cups cooked rice
4 cups chopped stir fry veggies i.e. peppers, carrots, cabbage, bok choy, green onion, etc.
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/3 cup hulled hemp seeds
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Turn off heat and keep warm.
- Heat oil in a large cast iron skillet or wok over medium high heat and saute veggies until crisp tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in hemp. Serve veggies over rice with sauce.
