1 English cucumber, cut into about 1/4 inch thick slices
4 oz. creme fraiche
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
big pinch white pepper
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 package smoked salmon slices
fresh dill sprigs
- Mix the creme fraiche, salt, pepper, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
- Place a dollop of the mixture on the cucumber rounds and top with a piece of salmon. Garnish with a tiny spring of fresh dill. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
