Broccoli Cabbage Cole Slaw
1/2 small head green cabbage, shredded
2 broccoli stalks, peeled, shredded
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cane sugar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
black pepper to taste
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate for an hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
