We now have fresh, local asparagus in stock! It’s always a joy to get the first delivery of these wonderful, versatile stalks that you can do so much with. They’re so good it’s hard not to enjoy them for multiple meals a day. We love them steamed, roasted, in stir fry, in soup, and with eggs, among many other ways to devour them. Asparagus is super nutritious too; it’s high in Vitamin K, an important nutrient involved in blood clotting and bone health, as well as folate, that assists important processes in the body, including cell growth and DNA formation.
