Sunrise Salsa

handful of cilantro, coarsely chopped
1/2 a sweet onion, coarsely chopped
juice of 1 lime
1 serrano pepper, chopped
1 orange pepper, seeded, chopped
1 pint orange cherry tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, chopped
glug of olive oil
Salt and black pepper

Add the cilantro, onion, lime juice, and peppers to a food processor. Pulse until cilantro is integrated. Add tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and pulse until desired consistency is achieved. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy with your favorite chips!
