2 sumos, oranges, or tangerines
1/3 cup coconut ribbons
1 tablespoon honey
Place coconut ribbons in a bowl and cover with hot water. Soak for 15 minutes to rehydrate. Drain. Peel, divide, and cut up the sumo sections. Peel the kiwis and cut into chunks. Place fruit and coconut in a bowl. Drizzle with honey and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
