2 large russet potatoes, washed well, dried
- How to cut the potatoes: Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Place the potato halves on the cutting board face down. Cut the halves in half. Flip the potatoes over and cut the halves into thirds. Or halves again if the potatoes are not that large.
- Add the potatoes to a pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season generously with seasoned salt and toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Heat a grill to medium and cook the wedges until tender and grill marked, about 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes or so to cook all the sides. Serve hot. Makes plenty for 4 people.
