French Bread Pizza

1 loaf french bread (the softer kind works better than a skinny, hard, crusty loaf)
Marinara or pizza sauce
Grated mozzarella cheese, 2 cups or more
Toppings of your choice: meat, veggies, olives, mushrooms, etc.

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the bread loaf in half and place on baking sheet.
  3. Spread the tops generously with marinara sauce. Sprinkle with the mozzarella. Add the toppings of your choice. Add more than you think you need because it will spread out.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cut into slices and serve hot.
