1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk*
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chives, fresh or dried
1/2 teaspoon onion powder, chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
black pepper, to taste
- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until combined and smooth. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
* If you don’t have buttermilk, whisk together ½ cup whole milk and 1 teaspoon cider vinegar and let sit for 1 minute.
