8 stalks asparagus, trimmed
4 pieces thin bacon, cut in half
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Wrap each half slice of bacon around an asparagus stalk, stretching a little to lengthen and make it tight. Place asparagus and bacon in a roasting pan and roast for about 25 minutes until the bacon is browned.
While asparagus is roasting and about 5 minutes before it's done, cook your eggs any way you like them.
To cook sunnyside up: Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter or spray skillet with cooking spray. Once the pan is hot, crack the eggs in the pan, add a tablespoon of water (pour it in close to the edge so it doesn't just sit on top of the eggs) cover with a lid, and let cook/steam for 1-2 minutes. Serve eggs atop the asparagus.
