Asian cuisine encompasses a vast array of styles and in this class we are focusing on Filipino, Vietnamese, Japanese and Chinese cuisines in particular. Chef Tom Sisco will touch on these cultures with several distinct dishes to explore both the similarities and differences in flavors, ingredients, and techniques. Together you will make Filipino Garlic Fried Rice, Spicy Peanut Chicken, Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Sweet & Spicy Cauliflower, Japanese Pork Tenderloin, Sesame Noodles, Szechuan Style Green Beans, and a variety of dipping sauces.
