1 small yellow onion, diced small
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 12-oz tub vegan sour cream
1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Sea salt to taste
- Heat the oil over medium low heat and add the onion. Cook, stirring frequently, until onion browns nicely and caramelizes, about 15 minutes. Be careful not to let them brown too much or burn.
- Mix caramelized onion with remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings. Refrigerate for a while to let flavors meld. Serve with chips and raw veggies.
