Oryana’s Bylaw Revision Process

The Oryana Cooperative bylaws provide the framework for Oryana’s operations and management. The latest version, last updated in 2017, can be found here.

The Oryana Board has embarked on a full review of these bylaws to ensure that they meet the latest best practices and legal requirements for food cooperatives. This will provide a strong foundation for the cooperative’s next General Manager and will recognize the environment and world in which Oryana operates today.
