Our team at the Oryana West kitchen has been working on an improved sandwich menu, bringing you a great lunch option made with the best ingredients.
The deli turkey featured in our sandwiches comes from Duerksen Turkey Farm in Mancelona. We slow roast the turkey and also smoke the turkey ourselves with our in-house smoker. Our beef, roasted in-house as well, is nitrite-free.
The sandwiches are made with fresh submarine buns baked by Bay Bread in Traverse City. And last but not least, the vegetables and mayonnaise are organic. Enjoy!
