Campfire Banana Treats

Ripe bananas
Mini marshmallows
Chocolate chips

  1. Trim off most of the stem of the bananas. Split the bananas down the middle but don’t cut all the way through to the bottom. Pull the halves apart a little.
  2. Stuff the slits with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, as many as you can get in.
  3. Wrap the bananas in foil and lay on the hot coals of a campfire, on top of a grill grate over a fire, or on top of a gas grill at medium heat. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the banana is soft and the marshmallows and chocolate chips are melted. Eat right out of the peel with a spoon. Yum!
