1 1/2 lbs brussels sprouts, trimmed, large sprouts cut in half
1/4 cup butter
2 – 3 large cloves garlic, chopped fine
Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Steam or boil the brussels sprouts until tender.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and cook until it starts to brown, being careful not to burn it. Add the garlic and stir about 30 seconds. Add the sprouts, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat in the butter and garlic and cook about 1 more minute. Serve immediately.
