Mini Cheeseballs

2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
Coatings: sesame seeds, paprika, poppy seeds, dried herbs, finely chopped nuts, lemon pepper, mix of regular and black sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl using a wooden spoon or stiff rubber spatula until thoroughly combined.
  2. Scoop out tablespoons of cheese mixture and roll into balls. Coat the balls in coatings of your choice. Serve with crackers, pretzels, bagel chips, etc. Makes about 16 balls.
