Vegan French Toast

3 cups sliced, ripe bananas (about 2 large)
2/3-1 cup coconut milk
1  teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch sea salt
12 slices bread
canola or safflower or coconut oil

Blend together bananas, coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a blender until smooth. Pour into a pie plate. Dip slices of bread into batter.  Fry in a cast iron skillet in plenty of oil until golden. Keep warm in a low oven until ready to serve.
