2 small cucumbers, peeled, seeded and cut into small dice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups plain yogurt
½ teaspoon dried garlic
2 tablespoons fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint or 2 teaspoons dried
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate an hour to allow flavors to blend. Best served at room temperature.
