1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
3/4 pound (18 cups) mesclun and/or baby greens
Fresh clover sprouts
Bragg's Ginger & Sesame Dressing
2 3-ounce packages enoki mushrooms, trimmed and separated
In a large bowl toss the greens with the dressing to taste.
Divide among 6 plates, topping each serving with equal portions of the mushrooms and macadamia nuts.
Generously garnish with sprouts; sprinkle gomasio over each and serve.
Note: Gomasio is a dry condiment made from sesame seeds and salt.
