8 oz cooked shrimp, peeled, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery and celery leaves
1/3 cup sweet onion, chopped
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried
sea salt and white pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill. Serve with fresh, local salad greens.
