Susan Summers is an enthusiastic teacher, foodie, and home cook. Her favorite ingredients are fun, fresh and colorful local and whole foods. Susan loves to create simple dishes that taste amazing and are good for you. Let her show you how easy it is to create dishes you will want to make and your family and guests will love to eat.
Laura Cavender brings wholehearted zest and humor to demos, gleaned from her experience cooking her way from Nova Scotia to New Zealand. Her passion is seeing people delight in tasting healthy, vital, whole foods. Laura encourages people to share ideas, build relationships, and cultivate community around the dinner table.
