Whether you are training for a marathon or training to improve fitness, getting the right sports nutrition is essential to fuel your body before, during and after exercise as well as reducing your risk of injury. Come meet Chef Ali, marathoner, health coach and wellness chef and learn how different foods affect your energy levels and recovery time, what important nutrients you need to think about before and after a workout and how anti-inflammatory foods play a role in sports nutrition. Chef Ali will also share some of her favorite homemade (no-junk) energy drinks, gels and bars.
