Learn how to pack your pantry with locally-sourced, homemade goods! ISLAND provides the know-how, research-based recipes, jars, lids, and the kitchen set up. This is a hands-on workshop. Participants will walk away with the latest safety recommendations in home-canning and also take a share of the jars home - approx 2 quarts. Bring yourself and a desire to learn. For this workshop we're fermenting sauerkraut and kimchee with fermentation guru, Judi Mills! 5 - 7 pm
