Learn How to Make Kimchi

Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean side dish typically made with napa cabbage, spicy peppers, and other vegetables. Just like sauerkraut, kimchi is a delicious, probiotic-rich cultured food that can help maintain a healthy gut.
