Yoga Series- Mindfulness

Focusing on focus, this class will explore breath work, poses for awareness in the body, and mindfulness. This class will provide the peaceful and safe space needed to loosen one's grip on the "everything else" and deepen into the present moment. Come and enjoy one full hour of awakening to yourself, your moment, and your breath.
