Our cookbook was written, designed, and edited by the Oryana Education and Outreach team of Sandi McArthur, Joan D'Argo, Luise Bolleber, and Nancy Schwalm.
This cookbook is full of great recipes, 80 in all, that we've used for our popular "What's For Dinner?" in-store demos where customers can sample an inexpensive, wholesome, and simple dish and take home the recipe. Since eating local and seasonal is what we are all about, the book is organized by the four seasons for easy reference.
