Bulk Department

With hundreds of products to choose from, Oryana's Bulk Department is like having the best pantry in the world right in your neighborhood. We have just about every dry good imaginable including more than 35 varieties of coffee, 60 loose teas, and 100-plus herbs and spices. Oryana offers an extensive variety of dried fruits, nuts, seeds, cereals, granolas, beans, rice and grains. We search for the freshest and highest quality products we can find. Since bulk foods are available without all the branding and packaging of conventional items, prices often much lower as well.

Save Money by Buying Bulk Foods

Avoid unnecessary packaging and buy only the amount you need by shopping the bulk bins. Here's how it works:

• Weigh an empty container on one of the scales. Bring clean containers from home, buy new ones at the co-op, or use our free paper or plastic bags.
• Record the weight of the container – labels and pens are located by the bins.
• Record the PLU number from the product dispenser.

The cashier will deduct the empty container weight when ringing up the product. Free paper and plastic bags are available in the bulk section for your convenience. A variety of containers are offered for sale above the bulk sweeteners.
