Grocery Specials This Week
It's Superbowl weekend and what better time than to make nachos! Here is a simple, delicious recipe for vegetarian nachos.
1 8 oz bag blue tortilla chips
1 can refried beans with green chilies
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup corn
1 tomato, seeded, diced
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced
Heat oven to 350°F. Arrange tortilla chips on a rimmed baking sheet. Combine 1/3 of cheese, corn, cilantro, tomato, and green onion in a bowl. Sprinkle mixture over chips. Add refried beans in small dollops. Sprinkle remaining cheese over all. Bake until heated through and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Serve with salsa, diced avocado, and sour cream.
Quote of the Week

Don't forget that we are now asking member-owners to show your scan cards when you shop. The main purpose of this is to keep track of member sales in the event we issue a patronage rebate for the year. (A rebate happens at the disecretion of the Board of Directors.)
